Michael has over 25 years of experience in the executive recruiting industry.
Formerly the Vice President of Sales for a niche recruiting firm, he founded Catapult Search Group in 2002. Michael is firmly entrenched in the Packaging, Material Handling, and Supply Chain industries with extensive research and knowledge of each unique market sector.
Professionally, Michael is known for his integrity and a high degree of customer service, as well as attention to detail and follow-up. His sense of humor and optimistic outlook allows him to succeed in the employment search industry. He is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, and a big fan of the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, and, of course, The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Michael earned a B.S. in Sociology from The Ohio State University. He and his wife have two wonderful children and a black Labrador named Ivy.
